Why you think you deserve to be a Head:
Dispite her dislike for those who are not pure of blood Narcissa is a fair and responsible person (who can, naturally, still be a little bias towards her own house). She does not let power come to her head even if she does let her dislike for people get in the way a little. Being in a position of responsibility runs in her family and she hopes to continue that tradition in her last year of school.
